Nullary Care, Inc. is 501(c)(3) not-for-profit made up of multiple programs with include a walking and a bicycle program. It embraces "communitology", which is the transformation of environments, and the redistribution of financial and social capital to predictably generate equitable health outcomes for children and families in East Harlem.
